Mr. Njeru Kiggundu is a founding partner of the firm, he is an Advocate of all Courts of Judicature in Uganda and also has a master’s in law from Makerere University Law School. He is a widely exposed and experienced litigant and is the current head of the firm's financial law and tax advisory and litigation practice. Prior to founding the firm, he was a Senior partner with M/s Sebbowa & Company Advocates and worked with Imperial Bank Uganda Limited, serving as a senior legal services officer, in the financial institution. Prior to joining the bank Kiggundu was the head of the litigation practice/department at Impala Legal Advocates. Advocates and Consultants, he worked at Nambogo & Co Advocates as the head of litigation. He has also worked with Shonubi, Musoke and Company Advocates another top-tier commercial law firm in Uganda.

MS. Abaruhanga Gloria is a Principal associate partner for business development in the firm. She holds bachelor’s in law (LLB) from Makerere University and she is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda. Before joining Jason & Company Advocates, she worked with Natweta & Co. Advocates

Ms. Murungi is an associate in the firm and holds a post graduate diploma in legal practice from Law Development Centre and a bachelor’s in law from Uganda Christian University, she is a lawyer and before joining Jason & Company Advocates, she worked with ABBAS Advocates

Mr. Taremwa is an associate in charge of operations in the firm and holds a bachelors in Ethics and Human Rights from Makerere University.

Ms. Muhoza is a legal Associate and holds a post graduate diploma in legal practice from Law Development Centre and a bachelor’s in law from King Ceasor University
