Tax Advisory and Litigation
Our team's expertise in the domestic and international tax structuring and advisory services covers all segments of tax law including but not limited to employment and personal taxation, corporate taxation, transfer pricing, double taxation relief, anti-avoidance rules and tax treaties will enable you make appropriate tax planning decisions that will ensure that you attain your goals. We have experience in handling tax disputes, for instance on several occasions we have successfully engaged the Uganda Revenue Authority and other tax administrative bodies on behalf of our clients, we have also successfully represented clients in the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the High Court of Uganda against Uganda Revenue Authority.

Land (Real Estate) Transaction Advisory
